Petzl Glacier Linkin

The Petzl Glacier Linkin is a lightweight walking and touring axe perfect for glacier travel. It has a high quality steel pick which tapered to 3 mm at the tip for high-quality anchoring. The lightweight anodized aluminium shaft has a cut handle for a better grip when used for technical ice climbing. Although this is primarily a walking axe it is still up to the job when the terrain gets technical.

The toothed steel pick has a technical profile and is narrow at the tip for secure anchoring on hard ice whilst the stainless steel spike will penetrate hard snow well. The adze is designed to give a comfortable supporting surface whilst being able to cut efficiently. This is a brilliant and highly capable lightweight walking, touring and mountaineering axe.
