The Thermarest Chair Kit is a kit to turn your Thermarest camping mat into a comfy chair for relaxing around camp. This retro styled design covers your entire mat so doubles as a washable sheet cover and rolls up with your mat, taking up very little additional room in your pack.
This Thermarest Chair kit is compatible with Regular and Small sized mats only.

Given this as a freebie with purchase of a mattress, already got one and it works really well with an inflatable mattress as a camp chair.

I've yet to use this item 'in the field' but on my initial trial (In the house) this does provide a very comfortable chair that can also be used within my tent - Robens Starlight 1! This model of chair kit does appear to be the initial variant and does not appear to be as user-friendly as the current model is (particularly if your mat has twin valves! d). I do recommend that you practice, practice using this chair before taking it out 'in the field' as this will enable you to be proficient in its set-up.
