Full Description
The Thermarest Z Seat is a mini version of the super popular Z-Lite Sol mattress. Ideal if you think you're going to be encountering rough terrain as it's practically indestructible. And at a mere 60g it's not going to add a lot of weight for that extra little bit of comfort.
The closed cell foam has been formed so that it easily folds up for when you're on the move. An Aluminium layer coating provides additional insulation from cold ground making this an ideal seat for the ski tourer or Alpine climber.
Please note: The Coyote version does not have a silver reflective side.

Good quality, seems more robust than genetic versions but not seen heavy use yet. Metalised costing seems to improve insulation. Proof will be after 12 months of use...

Bought the Z seats for hiking trips in the UK and they're great, even taking them to Iceland in February. Also got Z seats for my 5 nephews who are all DofE participants. They love them, so versatile. Good price, swift delivery and good customer service. What more can you ask.

Great product, only used it a few times so can't say much about durability but it's really nice to sit down for lunch or breaks without getting a wet behind. Used it on snowy and wet ground and not even felt the cold through it. Not exactly an essential piece of kit but it is nice to have the luxury if you don't mind carrying it (though not exactly heavy).

Excellent product enables you to sit outside without sitting directly on to wet surfaces etc and enables you to keep clothing clean & dry. Quite substantial seat pad folding up for ease of carrying - very light weight. Looked at a number of different options but thought this was one would be most suitable extremely pleased with the purchase.
