The Women's Rab Xenair Alpine Jacket is a breathable synthetic insulated layer for variable conditions in the mountains. The Xenair Alpine excels in stop start activities where it is designed to be worn all day, reducing time spent layering and de-layering. Insulated with highly breathable PrimaLoft Gold Active+ with a super light 20 denier Pertex Quantum Air outer.
The Xenair Alpine has a regular fit so works equally well as a midlayer or outer depending on the conditions you are facing. The hood is climbing helmet compatible with a semi elasticated opening and single rear adjuster. The YKK VISLON main zip is 2-way for easy access to your harness belay loop. There are two YKK concealed zip hand pockets, one of which doubles as a stuff sack, and one YKK concealed zip chest pocket. The sleeves of the jacket are pre shaped to aid freedom of movement when climbing.
