Nemo Tensor Extreme

The Nemo Tensor Extreme is Nemo's top of the line ultra warm, ultra light sleeping mat that offers the best warmth to weight on the market. A regular Tensor Extreme mat weighs just 587g and has a massive warmth rating R-Value of 8.5. The Tensor Extreme would not be out of place on polar expeditions, high altitude mountaineering missions and arctic treks, with a weight that even ultralight backpackers will be impressed with.

To achieve it's impressive R-Value the Tensor Extreme uses four layers of Thermal Mirror film to reflect your body heat and prevent radiant heat loss to the ground. The layers of film are free floating inside the Apex design baffle construction of the mat meaning that they do not produce the crinkling noise that is often associated with foil layers of insulation.

The Tensor Extreme is constructed from a combination of durable, abrasion resistant 40D nylon bottom with a lighter, packable 20D nylon top. The included Vortex pump sack to inflate in mere minutes, without introducing excess moisture into the pad.
