The La Sportiva Velan 2 Pants are GORE WINDSTOPPER Soft Shell trousers that offer effective protection against bad weather when running at high altitude or on a ski tour, because the lower leg can be adjusted to fit snugly around mountaineering boots as well as ski touring boots.
The Velan 2 Pants feature an adjustable waistband with integrated belt with loops for suspenders should they be needed. There are plenty of storage options with two zippered pockets, one zippered thigh pocket and one zippered rear pocket. When pushing hard uphill there are zipped side vents that can be opened to dump heat. The Velan 2 pants are made from Bluesign approved and recycled fabrics.
