The Expedition Foods Main Meals 1000kcal are larger portion sizes of the 800Kcal packs and are ideal for high energy activity or even as a meal for two people. They are freeze dried main meals with at least 1000 calories per serving! Expedition Foods provides very high quality meals in convenient packages. Whether you're on an overnight hike, a month-long expedition or a fast moving adventure race, having quick and easy to prepare lightweight and nutritious food is essential.
Expedition Foods are quick and easy to prepare. Just remove the oxygen absorber sachet, add hot water to the line (cold water can be used but will take longer to rehydrate), stir, close the packet and wait 5-8 minutes.
