The Exped Dry Fold Bag Olives are lightweight waterproof bags with a roll top closure ideal for military personnel and wildlife enthusiasts who need to keep clothing and equipment dry but don't want to attract attention with brightly coloured storage bags.
The PU coated Taffeta Nylon has fully taped seams and with a hydrostatic head of 10,000mm have a waterproofing comparable to a tent groundsheets so you know they'll resist a good soaking and keep your contents inside dry. The internal PU lining is also bright white to aid identifying the contents in lower light conditions.
They are really easy to use, simply put your kit in, whether it's a wallet and phone in the XS or a sleeping bag in the XXL, roll the top down at least three times, then clip the buckle together. This not only forms the waterproof seal but it also provides a neat handle, though there is also a purpose made one on the bottom of the bag. The rounded rectangular shape of the bags also allows you more space efficient packing.

Customer Reviews of Exped Fold Dry Bag Olive Drab
Decent bags, I can get my tarp crushed to a nicely packed, compact size, keep spare thermals dry, separate and again nicely packed, I think the sleeping bag was the biggest difference though, thanks to this selection of bags I have managed to get it down from the full bottom pocket to a good 2/3 leaving enough room to cram some extra stuff into the bottom with it. Overall, they're probably not the best ones out there, but for the price I have no complaints at all. Can't really comment on the water resistance on them as they've not seen any water, but I reckon they'll keep the rain out long enough to get a shelter up.
