Nalgene Easy Sipper

A must-have if you get a Nalgene wide-mouth bottle, as it makes drinking so much easier. Really these should be included in the price of the bottle. Nick Smith, UKClimbing. com

Bought this for my wide mouth Nalgene, as always great service from Facewest and excellent quality from Nalgene. Pro's makes drinking from a wide mouth Nalgene much easier while retaining all the good things about having the wide mouth (ease of cleaning). Con's, is quite expensive for what is just a piece of plastic, no choice of colour so some colour clash can occur if buying for an existing bottle.

Not much to say about this really, other than it fits nicely into your Nalgene's wide mouth bottles and canteens, and makes drinking the contents easy, without it spilling all down you and making you look like a complete pleb.

The old man pinched my Nalgene bottle so thought I'd give the sipper a try when I bought my new one after getting covered while a car passenger. Fits in nicely, no leaks, blue matches my particular bottle but looks odd with the other halfs pink one, shame no choice. Does the job, you get the volume with the flow control for those quick swigs!

This product fixes the problem of getting spilled on when drinking from a wide mouth Nalgene bottle. It fits properly and doesn't leak. I've run it through the dishwasher many times and it hasn't changed its shape or started to deform. The flow of water is somewhat similar to a drinks can since it doesn't have an additional air hole on top, but like a drinks can, adjusting the angle of pour will give you a smooth albeit slower flow. They fit it tight and pop out easy for refilling the bottle. Although it seems overpriced for a small piece of plastic, overall it does exactly what you'd expect it to do, allowing you to drink out of a wide-mouth Nalgene bottle without spilling on yourself.

I have several nalgene bottles the standard everyday wide mouthed bottleand the lightweight wide mouthed bottle (110grams) . I bought the nalgene easy slipper to use with either one of thosewide mouthed bottles. What really is great about the nalgene easy slipper is when you are drinking out of any nalgene wide mouthed bottle with the nalgene easy slipper installed you no longer have to be really careful about how you drink or to worry about getting a soaking from the nalgenewide mouthed bottle, which can happen especiallywhen you are tired from hiking, climbing etc. All in all this is a brilliant and very simple idea and it weighs very little! it would be nice if nalgenemade the easy slipper in more funky colors or maybe transparent

It stops you looking like an idiot trying to drink out of the wide mouth nalgene bottle and soaking yourself. It doesn't eliminate dribbling (I guess nothing can. . . ) Excellent if your using the bottle after/during exercise when your fine motor control is a bit iffy. It's a bit pricey tbh but it's worth it. I think they should be included with the bottle as the 2 together adds up to a pretty expensive bottle.

A simple device that turns your 1ltr/ 32oz bottle into a easily usable drinking vessel. It is pity Nalgene do not make one for the 05Ltr/16oz wide mouth bottles as well. Easy to fit and remove, and made to the same high quality as all Nalgene products. Recommended.

The wide mouth Nalgene has several advantages over the narrow bottle - but it is more prone to spilling when drinking. Fit the sipper and this is not a problem. It would be nice to have it included with the bottle. It is easily fitted and removed for cleaning or to put in anything that needs the larger opening.

I bought the Sipper to accompany, and use with, the wide-mouthed Nalgene bottle. I wanted to make sure I didn't get wet while drinking from such a wide-mouthed opening (not a good look or use of water)! Pros: Designed to fit the bottleCons: I find the Sipper not as tight a fit as expected and sometimes it drops inside the bottle neck, which rather defeats the object. For such a small piece of immovable plastic, it is also expensive. The jury's still out for me on this item.
