Warranty Period

The Limited Warranty Period starts at the date of original retail purchase. The Warranty Period is two years for display devices. The Warranty Period is one year for accessories including but not limited to PODs and heart rate transmitters, as well as for all consumable parts.

The Warranty does not cover battery replacement, damage or failures resulting in accident, misuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration or modifications of the product, or any failure caused by operation of the product outside the scope of its published specifications, or any causes not covered by this warranty.

Making a Warranty Claim

If your watch malfunctions you need to make a Service Request. Suunto pick the watch up from you, service it and return it straight to you.

If your warranty has expired or been invalidated then you can make a Service Request in the same way but need to include payment details to cover the cost of repair.

Further Assistance

In addition to your warranty Suunto have provided a 24 hour Suunto help desk. This is a UK number 020 360 805 34, which is manned 24 hours a day by someone who can help with any Suunto issues.
