Alcohol wipes to clean your feet properly before using adhesive dressings.

Moleskin is a self adheshive fabric that can be used for blister prevention or to alleviate the pain of blisters you already have. To prevent blisters, apply Moleskin to problem areas of your feet before you start the day. To relieve blister pain, stick one around or over your blister to reduce further friction.

Glacier Gels are waterproof, breathable adhesive gels which are highly cushioning, cooling and absorbent. They provide instant and complete pain relief. GlacierGel contains 50% water and provides an instant and effective cushion against subsequent friction. Will stay in place for 3-4 days.
