Welcome to Facewest

Born from a desire to combine their love of the mountains with gainful employment, Jake and Stu founded Facewest in 1997. At our core we're keen outdoor people who really care about providing the best kit for enthusiasts like us. We've been skiing, climbing, paragliding, running and hiking for decades. Read about our journey, from ski bums selling transceivers and shovels out of a Fiat Panda in the French alps, to an independent specialist outdoor retailer.

We run an outdoor shop for kit monsters just like us. We select only the equipment that we would want to use ourselves from established and trusted brands. Value for money is always important but performance and reliability are paramount, nobody wants to have their adventures compromised by equipment failure. We love kit, not just the bright shiny "newness" of it but the specific features and details that make a great product stand out from the crowd. If you want to talk to us then we are available by phone or email both before and after your purchase. We have an awesome customer service record which is backed up by our outstanding overall scores on a number of review sites. See our Reviews Page for more information.

When you shop with us at facewest.co.uk you'll receive 5% of the order value as a discount off your next purchase. We hope that once you have shopped with us we will be able to help you with the gear you need for years to come.
