Description
The North Face Pro Baselayer Crew is a lightweight cold weather mountaineering baselayer built to keep you cool, dry and comfortable on high-output climbs. Made from 132 g/m² DotKnit™ fabric in a 62% recycled polyester and 38% wool blend, it actively pulls moisture from your skin and expels it to the outside, while the wool provides natural odour regulation for multi-day alpine missions. Raglan sleeves and underarm gussets deliver a full range of motion for ice axe swings and scrambling, and flat-locked seams cut down on bulk under your midlayer and shell. Texturised threads feel soft next to skin, and thumb loops keep cuffs in place beneath gloves. An internal locker loop, seam-reinforcement tape at the back of the neck and a chain-stitch care label for easy removal complete the details. With a slim fit that sits close to the body, it’s a streamlined first layer for winter mountaineering, ski touring and hiking.
