Built for high-output missions in the mountains, the Men's Summit Casaval Hoodie is a technical mid layer engineered from part of The North Face's Summit Series collection for elite alpine performance. Constructed with 85% recycled nylon and elastane main body fabric and a stretch-woven yoke, sleeves and hood, this synthetic insulated jacket combines FlashDry™ and FlashDry-XD™ technology to wick moisture away from the skin, keeping you dry and comfortable during demanding ascents. A non-PFC durable water-repellent (DWR) finish adds eco-friendly protection against light moisture and snow, ideal for ski touring, mountaineering and alpine climbing. Insulated with 40g/m² VENTRIX™ synthetic fill, this regular-fit hoodie regulates temperature on the move, making it a versatile layering piece for cold-weather adventures, winter hiking and technical ski touring days in the backcountry.

Designed with the needs of alpine athletes in mind, the Summit Casaval Hoodie features zonal VENTRIX™ perforations that open during exertion to vent excess heat and close at rest to retain warmth, perfect for the stop-start nature of ski touring. A helmet-compatible hood with pre-tensioned elastic and rear adjustment ensures a secure fit under a climbing or ski helmet, while the full-length YKK® SOFLEX® centre-front zip with kissing welt adds flexibility and weather protection. Underarm gussets and seamless shoulders deliver unrestricted arms-up mobility, complemented by concealed-zip hand pockets, a low-profile harness-friendly hem, and FLASHDRY™ PRO gathered cuffs for a close, comfortable fit at the wrist.
