The Mountain Equipment Women's Xenith Hooded Jacket is an exceptionally warm, remarkably light down jacket built for when weight and efficiency matter most. Just 120g (size L) of hydrophobic 90/10 800 fill power goose down sits beneath windproof, exceptionally lightweight HELIUM 10D fabric with a DWR finish, giving water-repellent, high-loft warmth for minimal pack size. This makes the Xenith ideal for high-output mountain days, cold starts and any objective where performance matters more than grams, particularly on committing winter climbs and fast alpine days. Hexagon baffle construction is optimised for maximum loft and minimal heat loss, ensuring exceptional down control throughout the jacket in demanding conditions.

The Insulated Mountain HC Hood with EXL elastication gives high levels of warmth and protection, accommodating a helmet when required on technical ground. A 2-way YKK Vislon centre front zip with an insulated baffle eliminates cold spots, while two zipped hand warmer pockets give easy access for essentials on the move. Two internal drop pockets keep gloves or other items warm, and elastane-bound cuffs with dual-tether hem drawcords seal out the wind while adjusting the fit precisely. Supplied with a lightweight hexagonal stuffsack, the Xenith weighs just 280g, ideal for fast, technical days in the mountains.
