The Mountain Equipment Saltoro Pants are lightweight GORE-TEX waterproof pants that offer an excellent balance between comfort, protection and small pack size. They are well featured and have an active fit. They are a superb choice as wear all day or back up option should the weather take a turn.
Constructed from a combination of 2.5L GORE-TEX PACLITE with 75 denier 3L GORE-TEX reinforcement. Your freedom of movement is not restricted as they feature a gusseted crotch and articulated knees. With three-quarter length lower leg YKK zips the pants are easy to get on over boots, ideal if the weather changes unexpectedly and you quickly require to get them on. The zip sliders are also two- way so they can double up as vents if you get a little too warm. Don't head to the hills without packing a pair in your pack.
