The core is constructed from 20D Pertex® Quantum Air with Diamond Fuse technology, providing exceptional abrasion resistance against granite and ice while blocking biting windchill. To prevent overheating during strenuous climbs, Mammut has integrated a lighter, stretchier Pertex® Quantum Air fabric under the arms and along the sides. This recycled, PFC-free DWR-treated shell is the ideal choice for alpinists seeking a lightweight, environmentally conscious layer that thrives where traditional hardshells feel too restrictive and heavy.
