The La Sportiva Granite 45 Crag is a hard-wearing climbing backpack built for cragging days and gym sessions. Its 45-litre capacity is ideal for carrying a short rope, climbing shoes and a puffy, making it a dependable crag bag whether you're heading out after work or spending the day at the crag. The main body is made from recycled 630D Nylon Oxford fabric with an external Carbonite coating and Ultra Tear Strength inner lining, so it shrugs off abrasion, impacts and rough rock. Recycled 210D Nylon Star fabric, made from reclaimed fishing nets, adds flexibility and abrasion resistance on the lower sections, while the reinforced 210D Nylon base keeps the pack upright for easy loading.
Packed with features, this rope-carrying crag pack makes life easier at the base of the route. A drawstring closure gives quick top access to the main compartment, with secondary access via the back, while the adjustable, removable top compression strap secures your rope on top. For heavier loads, a 3mm aluminium frame and structured insert with hardshell panel add support, and the thermoformed back panel moulds to your lower back for a snug fit. An adjustable waist belt and chest strap, with safety whistle, keep the load stable on the walk-in. Organisation is simple thanks to a side pocket with key clip and an internal stretch pocket that fits a laptop, perfect for climbing after work. Top handles make grab-and-go easy, and YKK® zippers add reliability.
