Description
The Hydrapak Breakaway + Filter Bottle 600ml is a great solution for bikepackers and gravel riders in remote locations. This bike cage compatible bottle with integrated water filter allows you to refill out in the wild. The Muckguard protective cap protects the drinking nozzle from flying mud and dirt and is easily flipped up with one hand. The nozzle has a twist cap that closes for a leak proof seal.
The filter removes Escherichia coli bacteria, Cryptosporidium parvum cysts, and Giardia Lamblia from approximately 1,500 liters of water at a rate of 1L per minute. It can be easily using the included backflush adapter which plugs into the filter valve and threads onto a HydraPak Stow or bottle of clean water for backflushing the filter to restore its flow rate.
