Whether you're on an overnight hike, a month-long expedition or a fast moving adventure race, having quick and easy to prepare lightweight and nutritious food is essential.

Expedition Foods are quick and easy to prepare. Just remove the oxygen absorber sachet, add hot water to the line (cold water can be used but will take longer to rehydrate), stir, close the packet and wait 5-8 minutes.
