Description

The MSR Alpine Chefs Knife is a larger camp kitchen knife with a Santoku-styled blade that is perfect for chopping and cutting. Made from high grade stainless steel this blade will hold it's edge against excessive use. It comes in it's own ventilated sheath that will prevent corrosion if it's packed damp.

Brilliant knife. I've been using the smaller MSR knife for a few years and have been pleased with that. Made sense to get this for when we're staying longer in one location.
