The Leatherman Surge Black is one of the toughest military tools that Leatherman have produced. This work horse of a tool is ideal for the Engineer who requires a strong tool that can be kept to hand and will handle the toughest of jobs. This is the ideal choice for those who will be using a multitool day in day out.
The Surge has a strong set of pliers that are backed up by tough blades that fold outwards from the handles, so the whole tool does not have to be open to access them. The Surge's capability can be further enhanced with the Leatherman LT27 Bit Kit.
Please Note: This tool has a matt black powder coat finish. This finish is for concealment purposes rather than a nice consistent cosmetic finish. In our experience the finish is not quite as consistent as in the image used here but perfect for military and hunting use.
