The Mountain Equipment Intra Pant is a synthetically insulated overtrouser built for ski-mountaineering, winter climbing and cold bivouacs. 60g/m2 Aerius synthetic insulation is paired with wind resistant HELIUM 20D fabric and a DWR finish, ensuring reliable warmth even in wet or severe conditions where down would lose performance. Full-length side zips make the Intra Pant genuinely practical for ski touring, allowing quick layering over ski boots or crampons without having to remove skis, making these overtrousers a dependable addition to any winter mountaineering or ski touring kit list, particularly on remote, multi-day expeditions where reliable, packable insulation is genuinely essential kit. Extended sizing fits both men and women, and full-length 2-way YKK Vislon side zips with a rear insulated baffle ease layering when wearing crampons or skis at exposed cols. An elasticated waistband with drawcord and a 2-way YKK fly zip ensure comfort over other layers, while a zipped rear pocket keeps essentials secure and brace attachment points allow braces to be added if required. An elasticated hem seals out wind, and the pant packs into its own rear pocket with twin karabiner carry loops for easy attachment to a harness or pack. At 300g, it's a reliable layer for cold, remote objectives in the high mountains.
