Sea To Summit Aeros Premium Pillow

Surprisingly comfortable, and despite the (obviously) unbreathable core, the pillow cover coped well with not being hot or 'sweaty' in use. It would have been a five star review if the outer cover were removeable so that it could be washed (and other, cheaper inflatable pillows have this facility).

The Aeros Premium pillow is really very good. Previously I've used Exped's regular version in large and had some good success with it (my review's still visible for those who are interested). But having tried the Aeros, I do think this is an improvement; if only as the pillow surface is soft to the touch and doesn't actually need to be covered with a fleece (although it'd probably benefit from such, longevity-wise). Excellent ergonomics, clever valve, stuff sac that actually fits nicely together with instructions on the exterior; carry-handle and sensibly-sized toggle. Definitely recommended (we prefer the large version - 35g more but far less fiddly during the night as it tends to fit into the entire sleeping-bag hood, rather than moving around).
