Well cut, so fits snugly. Warmer than expected. Breathes well. Pockets (all 4) are a decent size. Folds up reasonably compactly. Often carry as an extra layer.

I love this vest! It folds up so small and is so versatile. I take it up the hills and cycling all the time now. It's brilliant for taking the chill off when I sit for a cuppa or when the wind picks up or temperature drops. It's extremely well made and packs down small into it's own pocket. Pocket space is generous and the pirate chest pocket is great for storing compass, phone, munchies etc. Also a fantastic travel vest for trains, planes. . . when it's folded up it makes a great little neck pillow.

This is perfect for spring-time ski-touring in temperatures around zero Celsius. I was wearing this over a Patagonia merino-air baselayer in a sunny zero celsius weather for one full day touring and it was perfect. When the wind started, adding a light windproof layer worked great. It also looks great, my wife wants one too, but sadly there is no womens version. Highly recommended.
