Adventure Medical Kits Moleskin

Arthritic knees mean that traveling light is the only option these days but I still wouldn't be without some Moleskin. It's brilliantly adhesive & whilst it's great at preventing blisters if a sore bit does occur, it's pretty good at stopping the damage. In the old days, I used to buy the strips & cut them down with nail scissors to the required shapes, together with rounded corners to discourage lifting of the adhesive but now this kit is available, it's all done for you. Definitely recommended.

Aah moleskin. . . A lifesaver on many an occasion. It is thick for protecting those hot spots but not quite sticky enough, in my experience. Use some finger tape to strap it on and it will see you through to the end of the day with a minimum of pain!
