Crafted with a durable nubuck leather upper, it offers outstanding abrasion resistance while moulding comfortably to your foot over time. A GORE-TEX ePE Extended Comfort lining delivers reliable waterproof protection and breathable performance, keeping feet dry during stream crossings, muddy trails and unpredictable UK weather. Underfoot, the Ortholite® Hybrid™ 5mm Mountain Hiking footbed enhances step-in comfort, making these waterproof hiking shoes ideal for technical trails, via ferrata routes and all-day mountain adventures.
Built for confidence on steep and uneven ground, the TX5 Evo GTX features a cushioned CM EVA midsole and an 8mm drop (31mm heel / 23mm forefoot) for balanced support and shock absorption. The Vibram® Megagrip™ outsole with Impact Brake System™ technology provides exceptional traction and braking control on ascents and descents, while 4.5mm lugs bite into loose terrain. An approach-inspired lacing system delivers a precise, dialled-in fit for technical hiking. Weighing just 390g (half pair), these lightweight hiking boots also feature Resole Platform™ inserts with recycled content, extending lifespan without compromising performance – a durable, sustainable choice for serious hillwalkers.
