The main body features hard-wearing 210D HMPE ripstop nylon with a PU coating (1,000mm water column) alongside recycled 600D polyester (1,500mm water column), both bluesign® approved for responsible manufacturing. A 6061-T6 aluminium stay provides reliable structure without excess weight, making the Lightning 60 an outstanding choice for lightweight trekking, wild camping and extended backpacking trips.
Designed for comfort and versatility, the Lightning 60 features the height-adjustable T-Rex Frame Suspension system, available in two unisex sizes (S/M and L/XL) for a precise fit and excellent load transfer to the supportive hip belt. Minimal back contact areas maximise ventilation, keeping you cooler on steep ascents. Softly padded shoulder straps include trekking pole attachment points, while generous stretch mesh pockets offer easy-access storage. Full-length front and side compression straps stabilise your load, and quick-access pockets keep your phone or GPS device within reach.
