Thermarest Lite Seat

With the return of outdoor life and concerts on the horizon I started looking around at inflatable seating particularly because some of the rescheduled outdoor events are noting that no chairs are going to be allowed. I stumbled across the Thermarest lite seat and facewest via Dr. Google and thought that I'd give the seat pad a shot as I already have the Thermarest sleep mat and am very impressive with that. The order and delivery process by facewest was excellent and it arrived promptly & well packaged through the standard post option. I've not had time to give the seat pad a thorough test but trying it out in the garden (lawn) and various outdoor terrains, park benches etc. I was so impressed that I've ordered another for my wife who finds sitting on any hard surface for more than a few minutes extremely uncomfortable. The deflated package rolls down very small and it is extremely lightweight so could be easily carried whenever you're venturing anywhere when there is no seating or where seating is very hard, cold or wet.

Fast and efficient delivery of the item, thank you. I have had a Thermarest Seat for many years which has been repaired too many times so this was a replacement so that the original can be retired. I didn't bother checking the dimensions, but the new seat is slightly bigger (a couple of inches wider and longer) than the old one. Not a problem and means that there is more room to sit down. Nice touch is that the new version has a tie and clip so that it can be rolled and easily stored in a rucksack.

Extremely lightweight and easy to carry 2 in a small rucksack. We bought these specifically for our trip to Silverstone, but will be using them often from now on. Very easy to inflate to the right depth, and very quick to deflate and roll up. Provided enough comfort for me to walk away from several hours in a grandstand (very hard folding seat) without any additional stiffness/pain. Only gave 4, as they are bright orange (had requested the cherry colour) and perhaps a touch 'intrusive' in more natural settings!

Brilliant little seat - you hardly notice it in your bag. Over the past few months I've spent a lot of time sitting down while out on walks (feeding baby) and this makes it so much more comfortable. Would be good if it came with some sort of storage pouch but can't fault the product.

I've had this seat for 5 years and use it for a lot of different situations. The main use is to keep my bum warm when I sit down on the hill to eat my lunch. . . . I'm a shepherd so I have a few lunches on the hill! It's so light and compact that I forget it's in my bag. It's tough and the bright colour means I don't leave it behind. I also use it at the cinema and on planes. . . . . or anywhere where the seats aren't very good. They aren't cheap but you'll wonder how you managed without one.
