The DMM Spectre Carabiner is the perfect all round wire-gate carabiner, easily opened with gloves while climbing in winter conditions or as a light carabiner on a trad rack. The hot forged Spectre has an I-beam construction allowing for the minimum weight over the maximum strength. The rope basket (crook) allows the rope to sit perfectly while it's running through the carabiner and ensures the rope is in the optimum place during a fall offering the maximum security.

The wire gate sits securely in the shrouded nose ensuring there is no unwanted snagging making getting it off your harness and clipped to protection quick and easy.
