Full Description
The Mountain Equipment Lunar III is a warm and packable synthetic filled sleeping bag for cooler conditions. Using POLARLOFT insulation with differing fibre diameters to strike a balance between durability and high loft for warmth. Polarloft insulation also maintains its performance in damp or wet conditions, making the Lunar III ideal for the UK climate. The single layer construction and offset seams prevent cold spots where the insulation is stitched in place. The lightweight Helium 40 denier fabric is packable and durable. The Lunar III has a full length zip baffle to prevent heat escaping, the Alpine fit reduces empty space in the bag making it much more efficient and keeping you warm.
The Lunar III is the warmest bag in the Lunar Range and is suitable for two to three season UK use for camping and bivying in all but the very harshest conditions. The synthetic construction makes it a great bivvi option as if it gets damp it will continue to provide excellent insulation
