MSR Alpine Dish Brush Scraper

I bought these to complement my MSR Flex 3 System. Very important and practical addition! With this it is easy to clean any cookware with very small amount of water. I burnt rice in a MSR pot from a open flame campfire, so I added some water and the brush and scraper worked great. It is compact and very lightweight, fits inside msr mug, but big enough to comfort handle without trouble. It is made out of very hard plastic material that should hold up nicely for years. I'm very happy with this product, as well as all others MSR products.

I have just spent a night camping wild in the Scottish Highlands. The compromise between carrying essential cooking and eating equipment and saving on weight is a tricky one, especially if you don't want your custard to taste of pasta sauce! This MSR alpine dish brush scraper is a brilliant little helper for washing up when camping and especially when backpacking. It fits neatly inside the pan, it can scrape and scrub, it is light to carry and does the job of cleaning any pans and dishes perfectly. So I am very pleased with this product and will pack it for my next camping or backpacking trip. It is very good value too!

Purchased this pan scrubber because I am fed up of carrying round damp, unhygienic sponges when I go camping/climbing. I work as a chef for my day job and from a food hygiene point of view, sponges are very bad! This pan scrubber solves everything! Not only is it safe to use on non-stick pans, but it means you don't have to rely on sponges or the much larger scrubbing brushes anymore. It is just another good little invention from MSR. They work great, don't damage your pans and weigh next to nothing, what more can I say. Fantastic service from Facewest as normal.

This is my gadget-of-the-year-2014. It is the most perfect addition to my cooking set I have ever used. It is everything you need on a tiny frame. It is light, works like hell, and cheep. Combine with a small bottle of soap, and that's it, everything you need for the clean-up. Also, upon seeing this in my hands, multiple of my friends now wants this and / or brought it.

This is such a great product from msr that now I have used it I could never be without it, it makes cleaning my pots a lot easier after a long day paddling. Such a good price and service from Facewest, Thanks

Okay so on the one hand it's just a scraper, but frankly, for the weight, it's fantastic! I used to just use my hands with a bit of soap and hope I didn't burn anything when I was trekking/kayaking light, but now this is coming every time! Saves water and my fingers! Simple things. . .

Ok, I've not had this long but have been looking for something like this for years! It's well thought out the bristles are stiff enough and the different contours of the scraper get inside you pots well. I've only trialed it at home so far as only had it a few days but it was on the pots I use (trangia). The bush makes cleaning a breeze compared with your fingers and can was up with minimum water. Scraper for the worst then brush clean. The size is just right as not to give you cramp and small enough to pack. Weight not a issue at 22g. Well happy!

I have not field tested this as yet, but it is exactly what I have been looking for for some time. Hygiene on camping wild is important and difficult when you are travelling light. I also purchased the little field kitchen set and was disappointed that this was not part of that, it was only offered with the most expensive choice. I would have preferred this in the smaller as opposed to the. Mini chopping board or a salt cellar which I could live without and probably will. This little brush scraper is exactly right in size, build and design to clean outplayed and Francis effectively without damage. It is well priced and to my knowledge without competition in the camping community, certainly for value and utility.

Although is a very good light and efficient brush scraper ideal for camping equipment is the best scraper to be used for split boarding to remove ice and snow around the bindings fix system and also to trim and attach splitboard climbing. To sum up is a very useful tool ;)
