This down has been given a hydrophobic treatment. This does not mean that the down is waterproof, but it does significantly improve its performance in damp conditions, ie the UK. The down insulation is kept in place with \u003cb\u003ebox walled baffles\u003c\/b\u003e. These offer much more warmth as they eliminate the cold spots that occur in regular stitch through baffles. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\n\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe Quilt is held in place with two straps that go under your mat so the bag will not more around. This makes the Corus quilt a great idea for more active sleepers. The foot box can be used above your mat, or you can put your mat inside for a tighter fitting quilt.
