Description
The Petzl Fixe pulley is a multi-purpose fixed side pulley. The Fixe is designed with maximum efficiency in mind with self-lubricating bushings. It can be installed very quickly onto any rope up to 13mm.
The Petzl Fixe is ideal for rigging simple or complex hauling systems and can also be used for Tyrolean traverses if doubled up.

The Petzl Fixe is a well build pulley which reasonably light and is sturdy. It is easy to put on the rope because of the large opening.Also it is priced reasonably. I definitely recommend it.

Tried this only to see what it's like, hope to not actually have to use it properly! Bought for use in multi-pitch routes where the 2nd is a relative beginner etc. Compared to a couple of others I've seen, this seems much smoother/easier under load. It also just feels reassuringly solid, and of course as with all Petzl stuff is well made.
