Description

The Ortovox Free Rider 26 L is the long bacl length version of the Free Rider 24, a mid size pack for days in the backcountry with a strong focus on providing the wearer additional protection. The Free Rider includes the redeveloped SPS Flex back protector. Made from Visco elastic foam it will remain flexible for all day comfort but hardens when impacted providing excellent protection in the event of a crash.

The rest of the pack is well featured and has an avalanche safety pocket, both diagonal and A frame ski carry, snowboard/snowshoe carry, axe and pole loops and helmet net. The outer fabric is PU coated, making it water resistant and the silhouette of the pack integrates with the body giving a secure fit which is backup by the wide hip belt which will evenly distribute the weight of the pack.
