The Elixir 3 Green is a three season backpacking tent designed to maximise living space without compromising your bank balance. Designed for three people the Elixir 3 has enough headroom thanks to the unique pole geometry and can accommodate three sleeping mats side-by-side. Access to the tent is gained from the two side doors. Between the side doors and the inner are two storage vestibules that can also be used for cooking in poor weather conditions.
The fly is constructed from RipStop Polyester, PU and has a DWR coating to keep rain and moisture out. The inner tent uses a combination of Micromesh, for breathability and comfort, combined with RipStop Nylon fabric in the lower sections, that also benefits from being PU and DWR treated.
Handy built-in gear lofts keeps items tidied away and off the floor, maximising your available floor space. Internal glow-in-the-dark zips on each door and red coloured internal vestibule doors are great additions for fast exits during the night. The poles are all connected by elastic forming them into one single pole and are Colour-coded with the clips and webbing to assist in making your base camp setup simpler and quicker. The Elixir series tents also include an MSR Footprint to protect and prolong the life of your tent groundsheet.

Customer Reviews of MSR Elixir 3 Green
This is my third MSR and they never disappoint.I have the Elixir 1 and 2 but being 6'3 1.9mtrs ish a two man is a bit of a squeeze with my partner and all the gear, especially when you have to crash into it at speed to avoid the midges. The 3 just gives us a bit more elbow room but only at the cost of a few more grams (which I have to carry of course).
Great tent: solid, dependable, lives up to expectation.
Facewest always as good as the tent too, can't recommend them enough, great prices, loyalty points (and points mean... discounts!) and always there at the end of the phone to help out if needs be. They are now my go to place for all things hike/camp/walk/survive.
