Full Description
The Thermarest Lumbar Pillow provides additional support to the lower spine area. Pressure mapping technology has been used in addition to high density foam on either side of the pillow. Best fully inflated at first, then the valve can be easily opened allowing for optimum adjustment to the firmness of the pillow.
The Lumbar Pillow self inflates when the valve is opened, expanding foam draws the air in. The outer fabric is a durable Polyester that ensures longevity to the pillow. When you're on the move the Lumbar Pillow will roll up nice and small taking up little space.

Wonderful - flexible and adjustable for the back.

I have bought 2 of thesethe pillows for an upcoming long distance trip to Australia & NZ. The product is well made and easy to adjust (i. e. inflate/deflate) for comfort. I have also bought Thermarest travel seat cushions for use with the pillow. It will be interesting to see which of the 2 combinations provides the best lumbar support on our air journey (i. e. 2 x travel cushions joined by the velcro tabs or a travel cushion with the lumbar pillow).
