The Petzl Noctilight is a handy carry case which will turn any Petzl 'compact' headtorch into a lantern. With your Petzl headtorch inside the Noctlight closes up around it and the plastic diffuser gives off a comfortable light. It has numerous attaching options and can be stood on a flat surface, hung from a tent and attached to a belt.

Ingenious! This is great two-in-one design. Handy to keep your head torch organised and the defusing light is much better than a 'naked' head torch while camping. I have an older Tikka XP2 and it works well. Being older it is not as bright at 80 lumens as the more recent Petzl head torches. This pouch can take a to 350 Lumens torch so future proofed if I ever upgrade to a brighter Petzl head torch. Recommended storage pouch and tent light!

It's very good holder, not waterproof which is a shame or water-resistant as companies now call things. But it holds my petzl actik core & has become my trucking go too torch carrier. There is a loop for a clip & it has an elasticated hanger for tents.

The noctilight is brilliant! ! I used it on a hostelling weekend, as a bedside lamp, with the Petzl Actik Core. It is easy to use, the headtorch can be turned on through the skin of the noctilight. Mobile, unbreakable, light(! ) and very versatile. It is also useful for storing and carrying the headtorch when not in use.

After doing my review research - I decided to buy one of the Noctilights with the accompanying "œActik Core " (please note out of all the Petzl head lamp models, this is the best one designed to fit inside the Noctilight) This little duo is simply amazing. Can be used as a hang down lamp (with the clever elastic attachment ) or a simple bedside/table top lamp! Both great quality - but this little device is ingenious "¦ "¦. Highly recommended and a great buy! xx
