The DMM Shadow Screwgate is the classic mid sized locking carabiner ideal for rigging use and setting up belays, whether you're wearing bulky gloves in winter conditions or clipping 9mm Dyneema sling on a sunny Lakeland crag. And with a modern hot forged I-beam construction weight is kept to a minimum with zero compromise on strength.
The 18mm gate opening has a clean nose preventing snagging allowing for quick hassle free belay set-ups. A classic barrel closure ensures the Shadow stays locked but is also quick to open and close. A couple or more Shadows are pretty much a must on any climbers rack.
