We are maintaining business as usual as far as customers are concerned.
UK Delivery: At present this is running as normal. With just the occasional minor delay on some standard parcels to certain postcodes.
International Delivery: International deliveries are being delayed and we are unable to guarantee our usual delivery schedule for these.
Returns. We understand you may not be able to return goods to us in a timely fashion. We are extending our returns period to 60 days to allow for this.
As an online only retailer with no premises open to the public we are lucky enough to be able to follow government advice on social distancing without drastically impacting our ability to fulfill orders.
From your perspective orders will still be processed and dispatched the day we receive them if placed before 2pm. You may notice that returns may not be processed the same day, but may be a day or so later. There may also be a slightly longer response time to emails, but we are working to keep this to a minimum.
We are currently limiting our contact with each other by working from home where possible, and keeping staffing levels to a minimum in roles where working from home is not possible.
We are monitoring government advice and will remain flexible as the situation evolves.
