Our Returns procedure is simple and hassle free.

We will refund all products received back by us within 14 days provided:

Item is unused with all original packaging.
Item is not personalised.

Our sales receipts all come with a peel off returns label to make life easy for you. You do not need a returns number, but we ask you to complete a simple form (So we can tell who sent the goods and what you want us to do).
