The Marmot Womens Powerstretch Capri is the womens specific fit of the 3/4 pant, a super-warm baselayer for skiers and boarders. By using the super-soft fleece backed powerstretch fabric Marmot have created one of the warmest, most comfortable and least restrictive baselayer pants available and with the capri cut they have taylored them to the needs of skiers and boarders. Powerstretch offers tremendous breathability and so is the perfect partner for a softshell pant such as the G2 Womens Alpine Pant or Marmot Scree Pant, especially for very cold, dry days. It's worth remembering that keeping your groin and knees warm is a great way of combating the numb feet which can be a feature of really cold weather days as these are the places in your legs where your blood's closest to the surface of your skin and so the places where you lose the most heat. This capri cut is best suited to skiers and boarders as the shorter fit ensures that there is no additional material trapped around the top of your boot which could cause irritation.
