I bought these for a round the world motorcycle trip where space is at a premium and the ability to get a meal together quickly in remote Kazakhstan was a top priority. Not home cooking but they do the job and taste better than you would think.

I thought, for the price, I would give these a try. The choc muesli is a very good breakie, nice choccie flavour and is a good start to any day, sweet as it is so unless you have a really sweet tooth no added sugar is necessary, all in all not a bad breakfast, if you are a big eater you may need to supplement for a more hearty breakfast, on the down side the best before dates are not as long as the Mountain House.

I loved the chocolate muesli , it really hit the spot , didn’t even need to add extra sugar as it was plenty sweet. Stuck all around your mouth and washed down with hot tea , no milk of course. Enough of a kick to get you up and on the hills in the morning.

For what these little things are, they sure do the job. Care needs to be taken to follow the directions, as they need to be done properly to taste good. Their not great after they’ve gone cold so if you can protect them and munch away quickly you'll be fine. For the price they’re not bad, and they’re pretty light as well.
Definitely worth a try!

For the price these breakfasts aren't bad value at all. My favourite is the choc' muesli which if made with hot water constitutes well with plenty of melted chocolate. Around 450 calories, I supplement this with some malt loaf and then I am set for a day of hills!
