I purchased this to replace my Garmin stick which was a nuisance to carry round and plug into and remove from the laptop whenever I needed to use it. This item protrudes less than 1 cm from my machine and can therefore be left in all of the time. It works seemingly as well as the Garmin one and I think it's also cheaper. There does seem to be an excessive amount of packaging but I have seen worse so can't complain too much. On the whole, well worth the purchase price and solved a problem for me. Delivery was prompt.

I purchased the mini Movestick after looking at Movescount.com and thought it would be good to record my training sessions from my M5.

It simply plugs into a USB socket and installed with no problems. Transferring data to Movescount is simple and as long as the M5 is within a metre of the Movestick there is no problems connecting. If your serious about your training or would like some way to record and track your sessions then I recommend getting the mini Movestick if its compatible with your Suunto MR monitor.
