The Suunto M5 is a great multisports training watch for those who would rather spend their time working out than planning their sessions and it now comes with the Movestick Mini included.

The M5 is compatible with all the Suunto Pods so you can have speed and distance data from suunto's Foot Pod, Bike Pods and GPS Pod (see related products below) directly on your watch.

The M5 also has a coaching function which suggests workouts and intensities for the next 7 days. The suggested workouts are constantly adapted as the watch monitors your progress.

The M5 comes with Suunto's Dual Comfort heart-rate belt. It's a dual belt because it's compatible with the watch and most cardio equipment allowing you to monitor your workout without using the watch when you're in the gym. It's called a comfort belt because it's not a rigid plastic chest strap but rather a light, flexible fabric strap with electrodes. All the electronics are contained in a small plastic disc which sits comfortably in the middle of your chest.

The M5 is the fourth and top watch in the Suunto M series. The M in M series is short for Movescount and is linked to the Suunto Movescount website. Using the Movestick Mini your exercise data can easily be uploaded to the sports community website, where it can be shared or you can keep track and analyse your work outs.
