The Rab Womens Treklite Pant is a lightweight stretch pant that is ideal for trekking and walking in the hills and mountains. Treklites have become one of the most popular pants in the Rab collection as they offer all year round versatility.
They have been cut from a DWR treated stretch fabric that provides comfort allowing excellent freedom of movement, and will shed light rain and snow. The UPF 30+ keeps the suns rays from your legs especially if you are in the high mountains crossing ice fields and snow. In the colder months Treklites work really well as part of a layering system allowing for year round versatility.

I purchased these trousers for general all round use from going up the mountains to walking the dog, other dogs frequently jump up and I always end up with muddy trousers I would like to point out these trousers are really easy to clean with a dab of water to get rid of the muddy paw prints. I find these trousers to be fairly water resistant and can take a light shower and dry quickly, however in heavier rain it is necessary to use waterproof trousers over the top.
I choose these trousers as being of the younger generation I like to wear my trousers around my hips which I can do with these. It might be worth taking into account that I am 5"10 and the regular leg length fits me fine so anyone shorter might need a shorter leg.
