The Rab Womens Baltoro Alpine jacket is a mid weight Powershield softshell jacket that is ideal for trekking and climbing on cooler spring days or at altitude in the summer. The Baltoro Alpine offers protection from all but the worst of weather, provides a reasonable level of insulation from chilly mountain winds and breaths well as you work hard.

The Powershield fabric has a perforated membrane laminated into the fabric, this provides a weather resistant barrier that has a reasonable level of breathability. The breathability is further enhanced by the side panel Powershield being backed by Powerdry, this improves stretch and movement. The climber is further protected by the helmet compatible hood with its wired peak. When not in use the hood can be rolled and and tabbed down to prevent it flapping in the wind.
