Rab Momentum Jacket

The Rab Momentum Jacket is a super light technical shell made from Rabs lightest eVent 3 layer fabric. In order to keep this the weight as low as possible features have been stripped to their minimum without impairing performance.
A short cut and helmet compatible hood ensure that the Momentum is perfect as a throw-on Alpine hardshell. The Momentum has two napoleon pockets, each will take a folded OS map and the jacket has a fingle pull drawcord hem for maximum weatherproofing. Whether you're climbing or ski touring this is an exceptional choice of jacket.
The eVent fabric uses direct venting technology, more breathable than Gore-tex but requiring more care to maintain performance. Read Difference between Gore-Tex and eVent for more information.

Amazing lightweight jacket. Used it as an additional layer for when it's really pouring! I'm 38" across the chest and got a size S. The fit is rather snug under the arms when worn over insulation but it still gives you freedom of movement. If you prefer a looser fit, I would go for a M if intended to be used over insulation and softshell, but otherwise should be fine!

An excellent choice for a lightweight, waterproof, wind resistant, breathable shell. Perfect for backpacking and hiking.
The breathability is excellent so I don't have the problem of sweating each time I put it on which I have had with other waterproof jackets. The only downside in my opinion is the front zipper because it goes a bit difficult sometimes.
