Rab Latok Alpine Gaiter

The Rab Latok Alpine Gaiter is a great all round gaiter for mountain use. Made from 3 layer waterproof eVent with tough Cordura reinforcement around the ankles protecting against crampon damage. These are ideal for trekking and climbing in the hills and mountains.
The zip-less front closure enable easy on/off of the gaiter and the broad Velcro strip, the whole length of the gaiter, secures them firmly and allows you to adjust them around your leg for a better fit. A tough rubber under boot stirrup hold the gaiter down preventing stones and debris getting into your boot.
The eVent fabric uses direct venting technology, more breathable than Gore-Tex but requiring more care to maintain performance. Read Difference between Gore-Tex and eVent for more information.

Very good, durable gaiters. They breathe very well and the Cordura reinforcements are great for keeping you away from punctures from the crampons. I even stumbled a few times in the winter with sharp crampons on and they "survived" with only a few scratches.
