Rab Endurance Down Mitt Review
Reviewer: David Love, Gillingham (20-5-2012)
I have owned a pair of Rab down mitts before (expedition mitt). These mitts are well fitted, exceptionally warm (only good for the coldest of conditions (-0 to -20) otherwise they are simply too warm. I would have loved these on some of the high altitude treks I have done in the past (Kili, Mt Blanc etc.) An excellent 'Summit Morning' Mitt. The palm (whole inside surface) has a layer of durable/rubbery material that is useful at protecting the mitt when placing hands on the ground (pushing yourself up etc.) however this material does reduce the dexterity and feedback of the mitt making them a bit more clumsy. Large openings and draw cords making it easy to place on over jacket sleeves.
